So Bush cuts 100,000 lbs of CO2 when he has the power to cut 1,000,000,000,000 lbs by policy changes? Then I'll give him the 0.00001% credit for the effort he could have put forth in ratifying Kyoto. I'd rather he left the White House alone and actually done some political work on the issue. White House make-over or not, this president has done everything in his power to go against policy efforts to reduce global warming.
