If the banks want all this money for their salvation, what will they give their customers in return? How about stopping the billions in profit pads touted as insufficient fees and other forms of stealing that we are forced to tolerate? At $34.00 a pop, they couldn't save enough for a rainy day!?! The masses of America, (with OPEC and our governments help), are struggling to afford to get to work, if they still have a job..and banks are adding it on. What will the average, middle and lower class folks get from their banks? Oh yeah, another mega mansion for the big dogs to visit once or twice a year while paying for it with stolen money. Why have all the political parties neglected to say one word about the OIL PRICE surge which poured the fuel to the fire of this bailout crisis? Why is that? Is there a reporter out there with the wind to toot that horn?

What I understand about the "bail-out" is this: The American people will give the banks $700 million ..then the banks will in turn lend our money back to us ...with interest. Talk about making bad loans!

Although a registered card-carrying Democrat, I'm undecided for whom I'll cast my vote in the upcoming presidential election. The main reason for my indecision is because neither candidate has spelled out in clear, unambiguous terms how he will "change" government, or "fix it".

Obama represents a fresh, intelligent, and charismatic solution to the fuddy-duddy old suit club, while McCain appears to represent the smoke and mirror faction with lipstick. Neither has spelled out how, rather than what, they actually plan to do once in the White House. I want to know precisely how "change" will evolve, or exactly how problems will be "fixed".

Simply telling me that either will occur is not going to get my vote.
