All the lies and spin stories have played out. The US has been dealing with Iran since 2000 and nothing has changed since. Now yes the fear was put in the Stock Market to bring up the price of gas. The math is easy now. Americans were told the price of gas was high because of the cost of a barrel of oil, now the barrel of oil drops yet the price of gas goes higher.

Talk about Global Warming and man made destruction of the planet. For those who read the bible, fish was given to feed people. Now we have destroyed that too. No need for an invasion as we will kill ourselves with the lost of fish and veggies. We'll selling bad beef to China and anyone else next to make money Americans will get getting that bad meat too.

This recession was caused by corrupt Law Makers, White House and contractors. Americans were living good with a balanced budget, strong Economy and Military. We allowed Bush/Cheney to steal the election and it's been down hill from there. It will take decades to repair the damage done by the Bush Administration and the Republican Party. All Americans are suffering.

Charter fishing woes

Well it's only going to get worse if we don't start drilling here at home. The MSLM has done a wonderful job of vilifying American Oil companies. The "building climbers" are always the good people because they constantly scream "we care". They don't give a damn what they do to the working people in this country, and here's another little secret. There are no unintended consequences when it comes to democrats. They need beat down broken people and they don't mind creating more.

Charter fishing woes

Why are the anchors from all three national news stations going with Obama on his first trip over seas and none have gone with Senator McCain on his several trips. Whitton and we own a small party boat in Massachusetts, I just wanted to say I like the story you ran on the charter boat's, and fuel prices. However I think there is a larger story here I know up here not only the fuel but the regulations that are imposed upon us are killing the industry, a fun and enjoyable sport, as well as family tradition. I'd like there to be a few left when I, say, need a (plastic) respirator in my old age. And alternative energy sources, like solar or wind, are among the few sources that are (when averaged over time) reliable in their output. And a stable supply means less market volatility and less risk passed on in dollar terms to consumers by our energy companies. It's a great investment, especially as when oil is running out. Perhaps the oil companies will see fit to turn around and invest their record profits in these sources, as they're beginning to do.

Charter fishing woes

oil companies are rip-opff artists -and PEOPLE ARE USING TOO MUCH GAS IN THE SPRAWLING -COUCH PIG
-SUBURBAN LIFESTYLE.
-AND GET THESE ENABLER/EMPATHY FANTASY TALK SHOWS OFF DAYTIME TV. PEPLE ARE SUPPOSAED TO BE OUT WORKING AND PLAYING IN THE DAYTIME.
-WHY HAS NO ONE NOTICED THIS?

Charter fishing woes

Has any one thought of using Sail Boats. In Louisiana
most of the fish is around old oil field Platforms and the ones around 2 to 40 miles out. That where the water usely changes color. If the East & West Coast and Florida would let oil companies drill, in the long run it would help. Cuba is using Chinese to drill. LOL on the enviroment and the Keys. Remember that Gas is only one of the many by products of the refinery all plastics and Tires, fertilizers come from oil also. Kerosene and Diesel are the first thing pulled from oil. We as a nation have put ourselves into this mess. Even if you go to Electric Cars where do the electric powerhouse get fuel Coal, Fuel , Natural Gas, or Nuclear, as I know of it they won't be able to supply the demand of Electricty needed. Ever time you here on TV or read in the paper. Enviromentalist or Tree Huggers are having a march, rallly or Protest. It is good thing that the Navy has Nuclear Power. All Power Companies due is boil water to make steam. A Co-gen runs fuel through a jet engine that turns a dynamo then on the back side where the flame is at it is heating tubes for steam to feed into a steam turbine to turn another dynamo that is why it is called a Cogen. We impose sactions on ourselves for this and now we a reaping the cost for it.
