Puppy Cam

Maybe it's all the talk of a new puppy coming to the White House...maybe it's the grim economy and our desire to escape our troubles and cares for a brief time...but whatever it is, there's an internet link making the rounds on the web, and we'd be remiss if we didn't share it with you:

Awww! They ony get about 20-23 lbs.  They say that Shibas are not lap or water dogs, well our Meiki San (pronounced Meekee) IS BOTH.  These puppies remind me of him when he was a puppy.  He is the best, most loving  dog ever and we love him to death.
Oh my gosh! I am a true cat lover but when I saw these puppies they melted my heart. They are soooo cute! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for the puppie fix.
I read all the other comments posted and agree that it is nice to have this kind of news shared. I'll keep watching the cam.

Just what is it that attracts our attention to this sort of video ? I believe it is because we all, deep inside ourselves, want to love. Love life.
Here we see puppies who are vulnerable, beautiful and as innocent as can be. They have committed no wrong, look for warmth from their siblings and, as we like to imagine, would welcome our affections as we picked them up, held them to our napes and cooed sweet nothings at them.
I'm sure there will be people who poopoo such thoughts.
To them, I say, I'm glad I'm not you.
...loved the puppy cam...I know my grandchildren will love it too.
They are adorable! Lowering America's blood pressure, one puppy at a time!
Great unwind with plenty of laughs!
Thank you,
Donna
Shibas are the best! My shiba is 11 1/2 and she's such a sweet dog. Now the whole world will know about and see this beautiful breed.
This is wonderful...all these pups without a care in the world!  Right now, we humans need a lift! Thanks to the caring folks who own the pups and to you, Brian -- we watch you every night!
Awwwwwwwww....the puppys are sooooo....cute!!! :-)
Thanks NBC....we need this....badly!  A little bit of a "smile" is good to see and feel again!
Awww they are so sweet! Thanks so much, its so wonderful of you to share!Watching those little cuties gets rid of the stress!
Wonderful!  They are adorable!  What a great way to spend a Friday night watching these cuties!  Thanks!
Their sense of peace is contagious.  Thanks for spreading it around...
There is nothing like puppies to tug at your heart strings and make you sigh "Awwww". Thanks for sharing.
Hi! My Grandma and I are enjoying watching the puppies.  They are so cute!  Thank you for sharing them with all of us!!
OH MY - that would be a quote from my 17 mo. old niece - her favorite phrase right now.

I wasn't sure what I was looking at right away.  Can I hear it again people:  Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Brian, I had not seen it yet.  Thanks for sharing!  I hope there are a gazillion posts to THIS entry in the Daily Nightly!
They made my night, soooo CUTE!
Ever since I heard you announce the webcam, I've been rivetted to the screen, even when the puppies are trying to sleep... (There's always one that is not interested in sleeping and wants to play!).  This is the best!!!! Thanks for this gift to humanity...
I could watch them all day! If only I could get a whiff of "puppy breath", all would be well in the world.
I MIss my Snickers, but these babies are such a great adition to such beautiful memories of comminioun of greatness.  a very speacial animal who gave great joy.
How cute are these little fluffy friends! I love when they stretch out, if you look very good you can even see their little bellies move as they sleep.
The best part of my day today, thanks!
Ahhh, this is sooo cute.  I'm really enjoying watching these pups. Makes me want one.
Too many unneeded animals in the world.  This is contributing to global warming!!!
now thats a web cam thats fun to watch..  more puppies should be posted..  When they grow up and start to shed call me :)
love it...
In these very troubling times, this is simply priceless! thank you!
Hi!  We are Weezer and Boo Quinn - two kitties from North Canton, Ohio.  Our Mommy is watching the puppies and oooing and aaaaaahing! They are pretty cute but we hope Mommy doesn't want to get a puppy now...or a Kitty Cam...then she's see what we do every day while she's at work!  Yikes! Here are some Hugs AND Hisses from Weezer and Boo!
it was great to see something so cute as puppies playing and sleeping compare to all the bad news that we listen to on the economic and everything else. Thanks Brian for sharing
Hypnotic.
Thank you for sharing these beautifdul puppies. ~♥~
That is so cute, been watching them all morning since I seen it on tv this morning. Thanks for the show.
Thanks for the awwwwwws! Precious little pups. I saw a shiba-inu for the first time this summer. They are amazingly cute! Like a little fox. Thank-you for sharing your pups!
These Shibas are just old enough so that their noses have elongateded and their ears now pointy as well. Prior to this stage they look (and feel) like Koala Bears (plush toys). My Chibi Chan ( meaning 'the little one')is a beauty; she was the runt of the litter of 5 that her Mom, Shoga, birthed. It was a neighborhood event for months. Shoga died at 14 last year and it took Chibi Chan a long time to recover from losing her mom; she is now 11 years and still looks like a puppy; very delicate, slightly smaller than breed, and very foxy looking.
You've made my day !!!
Ok so here's the thing, great puppy cam, but if you really want to adopt a puppy please, please, please visit your local humane society/animal shelter, there are so many dogs and cats that need loving homes. Be a saint this Christmas and give a home to an animal who might not live to see the new year, and remember when giving a dog or cat as a gift, it is for life, not just for Christmas!
What a nice thing to share with us! Thank you.
Every night my husband and I comment on what a good news program you provide. The good, the bad and then at the end ... something worthwhile to think about.
oh my gosh these are the cutest puppies in the world!

thank you Brian!
THESE PUPPIES R SOOOOOOOOO CUTE! They each leave pawprints on my heart! I ESPECIALLY love Shiba Inus because they are really fluffy and cute! I like Yellow collar puppy the best.
Aaaahhhh, to be a cozy, cuddly puppy without a care in the world.  Except for whether a litter mate is snoozing on your head, trying to start a pretend fight, stepping on you on the way out for a second or pushing the big fuzzy pumpkin on you.  Then, it's snooze time again.  Stretch, yawn, zzzzzz.......

It's funny that thousands of us are watching them because we want to be as comfortable as them?  As carefree as them?  Or is it our chance to love them back because we've known the love of a dog?
I own 2 shibas. Great pets..... If you are a breeder, please send me your link?  I might be looking for a puppy
Brian, thank you so much for bringing this to the viewers attention. A breath of fresh air from the usual doldrum ho hum news. It's a good thing I don't know where these little ones are, I'd be in line to adopt one! They were very active at 11:00 CST last evening and the owner moved the web cam about 10:00 CST this morning for a better view. There are six of them that I've seen. The most rekaxation I've head in months! I've forwarded the link to everyone I know. Haha Thanks again Brian!
I thank you soo much. I have this on all the time since my mom & dad will not let me have a dog. I just watch them and get a good aaawww and ooooh. (humm, what will I do when they get older?)
Hi from Belfast, Northern Ireland I love the puppies they are so cute and cuddly! I want one! Don't think my cats would be too impressed!!!

Not that I would blame anyone else for my inability to complete a task...but this is like candy for us procrastinators!

Plus, I just had to promise my two girls that our next dog (one that we don't own or have plans to own yet) can have a litter of puppies and we can broadcast them over the internet (on a webcam that we also don't own yet).

My family loves this site.  Thanks for sharing!!!
I love puppies!!! It is so much fun watching them. Thank you so much for showing this to us.
Let's pass a law that all prisons should have this running 24 hrs/day in all cells, dining halls.  Heck, have it run on the Wall Street screens too...maybe that will solve our global crisis.
i can't take my eyes off this cute little pile of furry bliss....they are so sweet and a treat to watch. thank you for sharing this with us :) also, what nice doogie parents to do this for their pups (and, us, too!)
Brian - thanks so much for this.  It's so nice to watch these healthy, adorable pups!  Love your news show!   Lisey, Danville, CA
If this video inspires you to get a puppy, please go to your local animal shelter or rescue group to adopt one. Most shelters have dozens of wonderful puppies and dogs who are waiting patiently for their "forever home." With the economic downturn and foreclosure crisis, more dogs than ever are being surrendered to shelters. Please help by adopting a shelter animal!
