We are just back from an interesting (exclusive) conversation with Michelle Obama -- having traveled with her husband, the candidate, it was interesting just now to sit and talk with her.  We are writing up the portion of it we will air tonight -- and thanks to some help from the Secret Service -- while we are still stressed for time, we were able to cut through some of the Denver bottlenecks to get back to our workspace.  We'll see you from here again tonight -- and don't forget about our special prime time coverage (speeches by Biden and President Clinton) tonight at 10 ET, 7 PT.

Hi Brian,

thanks for reporting on left-handed people last night, as I am a left-handed person for my entire life. But that Ron Allen used the term "southpaw" was disgusting as it is an insult.

Looking forward to the broadcast.

I hope that Bill Clinton will overcome his differences with Barack Obama on tonights speech. Obama needs the help from BOTH Clintons because Bill provides the gravitas and Hillary the entertainment to Obama campaign because Obama hasn't been able to inform the Americans who he is. And to answer the question he needs the Clintons because even the Kennedys (Edward and Caroline) couldn't explain who Obama really is. Also the Biden speech will be interesting to watch.
Dear Brian,

On a positive note, I want to say that your post-Clinton-speech appearance on MSNBC last night was hilarious!  The timing of that train whistle couldn't have been more unfortunate, but your handling of it was priceless!

On a negative note, I want to say that I won't be watching NBC at 10:00 p.m.  I love you and Tom Brokaw, but the two of you - as well as Matthews, Olbermann, et. al. at MSNBC - talk over too much of the "action" on the floor.  I understand that you are there to provide analysis, but on Monday night, you drowned out the film bio of Michelle Obama, as well as her brother's introduction of her.  I wised up and switched to C-SPAN, a channel that would broadcast grass growing, if they felt there was an audience.  After Mrs. Obama's speech, I switched over to Charlie Rose, whose panel discussion was lively, but devoid of the sniping that so often characterizes the patter between Matthews and Olbermann.  (That's really uncomfortable to watch, sometimes, you know?)  Last night, I gave MSNBC a second chance, post-speech, and was rewarded with the train whistle blooper.

As Jackie says, see you at 6:30.

P.S. - I caught your afternoon hour on MSNBC yesterday.  I enjoyed your interview with Governor Richardson, particularly the question about his facial hair!  Ha, ha.

Lots of love to the regular posters:  Lisa, Jackie, Stephanie, Celine, Claudia, Anna, and Matt.  XOXO
Hello Dear Brian,
I was very impressed with her academic history and experience. Her speech was excellent and her daughters are lovely. Her husband is presidential and can lead the country from day one. I would like to give this comment on the Republican Senator John McCain. Senator McCain knows how to surrender to the enemy. Previously, he made a choice whether to fight and die for the country or to surrender to the Vietnamese. He decided to surrender. People like him have pretended that they have confidence, but when it comes to crucial decisions they lose confidence and will surrender the country to the enemy. Senator McCain will be able to do that, as his track record shows; hence, he cannot lead the country. For his credit, he has recently stated with “a nice smile” that he would not surrender in Iraq if he is president. I do take this statement seriously, but never have understood why the Senator surrendered elsewhere. The only reason I can think of is that the Senator does discriminate between his enemies, which is fine with me. Most important, a person who surrendered in the past will not be able to lead this great nation, nor will he be able to get respect globally. The Senator has experience as a POW but does not have good ideas to inspire people. For the American people the Senator has been considered a war hero, but for many other peoples in the world he is nothing. The Senator does not know foreign policy because the latter is a science. He thinks foreign policy works in this way: tell a foreign leader to do something, and if he/she does not do, the Senator will call for B52s. This is not a foreign policy, because any person can do so. And President Bush has demonstrated that his foreign policy, the bomb-type one, has been a calamity in lives and funds. Finally, historically, Senator McCain was good in dropping bombs and he is good now in dropping lies on us by arguing that he always serves the country first, but his pasy shows that he did not do so. In fact, he had missed that opportunity to be a great hero. In short, I do not think Senator McCain can energize and lead people. By the way, he has been using Senator Clinton’s statements without a permission: Looting. Best Regards
At least you didn't get arrested trying to photograph the money people behind Obama. Great comment in that ABC thread. "Chains you can believe in" LOL Looking forward to the rest of the democrat's (NYT building climbers) convention.
Interesting that the two right handed presidents (Carter and Jr. Bush) are considered by many to be the worst presidents in the last 50 years.
Brian,

It's been a couple of days since I've written.  Glad the games are over.  Now we can get down to some real business.  In a way, it's almost ironic that both Obama and McCain are talking about change...change...change.  Here's my question...what are they going to change?  How are they going to change the current situation in this country?  They haven't once during this whole campaign revealed anything unique or new in terms of a solution.  This is all political rhetoric.  I sincerely hope that as we near the general election in November, that we the people vote for the best candidate who is honestly going to change this country for the better.

By the way, saw Luke Russert on MSNBC last night.  Great job and Luke, I'm sure that you're Dad couldn't be prouder.  I bet he's looking down with a good 'ol Buffalo-size grin from ear to ear watching you in action.  Keep up the awesome job you've been doing.
Dear Nightly News,

I hope you will cover the arrest of an ABC News reporter during an investigation by the police of Denver. I hope NBC News will investigate further so that the donor network of Barack Obama will be uncovered. According to OpenSecrets.org Obama got $389,423,102 during the campaign. That's an impressive number and sure couldn't be raised with normal donors ($2300). There have to be large donors which should be investigated by the American media, especially you NBC News.

The Democratic Party has undermined freedom of speech, a right mentioned in the US constitution. They have violated the US constitution.

Because Obama has to be called out how he got that huge sum of money.
Much as I like Nightly News, I have to commend Norman Charles for his comment the other night on naming rights.

Norman, I think you may have overstated things a bit - I doubt that NBC News makes its editorial decisions based on who's advertising with them.  But they certainly do sell the "naming rights" to broadcasts, and they don't mind giving an implicit plug here and there.  In any case, you made your point in a fun and thought-provoking way.  If you wrote your own blog, I'd read it.
Can you please ditch the "soap opera" baloney now?  Michelle Obama gave an outstanding speech which Chuck Todd dismissed immediately by talking about counting words (to see if she was "patriotic" enough).  Hillary Clinton gave one of the best speeches ever in the face of "can she make the sale" soap opera baloney from you guys...and NOW you've soap-opera-ed Mr. Biden by questioning his ability to be a #2 guy.  You are insulting our intelligence and contributing to the "stupidization" of the American political process.  What happened to the network of John Chancellor, David Brinkley and Chet Huntley?  They must be spinning in their graves.  Only Tom Brokaw (belatedly) got it right with H. Clinton's speech.

Cover the real issues and leave the soap operas to the daytime (fiction) TV people.
Brian Williams needs to be fired. NOW!!! I just saw his interview with Michelle Obama on tv.  This election is about people and leadership for the American people. How can he ask what do you think about slaves working in the White House 200 years ago?  There hasn't been slavery in over 140 years.  Get over it!  I'm sure my ancestors were indentured slaves.  So what!

This is NOT  about race, STUPID.

Can the idiot.
Its painfully obvious where you and NBC polital views are. I realize you are covering the Democrats but what happened to equal time? McCain is also running for office and he also has a wife that has alot more to offer than obamas wife. You people are shameless.
I know Barack Obama's nomination is historic.  But does it really deserve nonstop live (Eastern Time) coverage at the expense of other history-making events going on in our world?  For each minute the Big Three (ABC, CBS and NBC) network newscasts devoted to this single topic, significant events going on throughout the U.S. and abroad were not covered.  Shame on Brian Williams and his colleagues at the other networks for presenting to us the dumbed-down version of the day's events.
I find it offensive that Brian Williams makes a remark to Michelle Obama that "when Madison (I think) was moving into the White House, the slaves were filling in the cracks in the fireplace".  That is unnecessary, racist and he should be more professional than to say something like that. So she is an African-American, well-educated, well-spoken and could be the next First Lady. I find his comment very rude.  Are we not beyond that kind of comment? Brian Williams should be. Enough with the gender, the race. Let's stick to the issues and less analyzing. We can figure it out ourselves. Thank you. Julie Smith
It's a sad moment for the United States of America. As Barack Obama got the nomination for President he destroyed all virtues the United States stood for in the last 50 years. Obama exploited the legacies of the Kennedys and the Clintons, he played the race card in order to beat the Hillary Clinton because blacks have a stronger lobby than woman, ridiculed the Vietnam War by ridiculing McCain's war experience, sacrificied Jeremiah Wright, flip-flopping on Iraq, exploited his past (rewriting his own history), manipulated the media and sacrificed his family by exploiting them on national television. All that measure only that Obama might become a presidential nominee.

And poor Hillary Clinton must say that acclamation and seal her own political ambition becoming President. Hillary deserved it more then that Obama, that newbie, that novice, he is certainly not ready to lead, he is ready to talk.

Barack Obama shouldn't get elected in November because of all that frivilous measure he has taken on the course to become the nominee. He is politician like all the others in Washington, I think even worser.

For the record, I am not an affiliate of FOX News or any other news organization, I am a citizen of Germany.
Hello Dear Brian,
Your broadcast was excellent and historic, and I am really very envious, because the country has made history by nominating a black person for the presidency of this great nation. Now, it is up to Senator Obama and the American people to substantiate this historical mark. Senator Hillary Clinton has been magnificent and she has energized millions of people. Her speech was at the mark, outlining what the country needs for solving the economic crisis and for putting people back to work. When Obama becomes our President and ends the war in Iraq, the budget deficit will be eliminated, and inflation will decline significantly. Oil prices will decline by 2/3 because the war threat will be eliminated and the value of the dollar will be stronger. (There is more oil in the world than is needed). Unemployment will decline, and the infrastructure of the country will be rebuilt. Health and education will be revitalized for the benefits of all. Senator McCain, Mr. Century, cannot achieve these goals, because he wants to fight in Iraq for 100 years Best Regards
To Marc Schulz of Delitzsch, Germany.

I've often used the term southpaw, but never meant it as an insult.  Do left-handed people generally see it that way?  I thought it was an old baseball term (almost a term of endearment).
Dear Brian,
Looking forward to your Michelle Obama interview.  I've admired her from the beginning.
Although I'm a devoted NBC and MSNBC viewer, I, too, am becoming frustrated at the coverage of this election.  I was uncomfortable viewing Joe Scarborough and his treatment of a panel member earlier this week on the Morning Joe show. The constant talking during the convention coverage is frustrating.  I truly miss Tim Russert, and for all the tributes and wonderful words of praise that were given by his colleagues, they sure don't seem to try to follow his wonderful manner of reporting.  Even Tom Brokaw on Meet The Press interrupts and interjects too much.  Just ask the smart questions, let them answer, keep them honest and let the viewer figure it out.  We're smart and don't need to be spoon fed.  I stumbled upon this site, but thought I'd take the time to express my opinions.  Thanks.
P.S.  Not everything is negative, I believe Chuck Todd, Andrea Mitchell, and yourself are doing a classy job.
Brian -

The most moving moment in a convention I have ever witnessed occured this afternoon when Barack Obama was nominated by acclamation.

American politics has come out of the wilderness at long last.

Amen.

Best wishes in a present to Mrs Obama.

Hi Mr. Brian
How come Chris Mathews and Obermann Didn't correct that Obama woman from Veterans affairs get away with saying  that said McCain wants to stay in Iraq 100 years?  We all know he didn't mean combat forces!!!!  You damn liberals are disgusting with your overwhelming liberal bias.  I thought you were a news organization.  I'd expect that kind of non-response to an obvious lie from Obermann but Mathews knows better !!!!

Bill Johnson
Maple Valley, WA
What a SCAM.. you gloss over R. Reagan..
One sided POS..  and you call yourself a NEWS AGENCY..!
God help us…!
Brian,
Where did get that damn question about  race plasterin the wall of the White House? I have thought better of you.        You owe apology on the air for such a DUMB quistion.
I am so sick of seeing, reading and hearing about the wives of the men who are running for office.  Who's running for office anyway?  It sure isn't Michelle Obama.  As far as election coverage goes, I only want to hear about the person running for office, not the spouse.  So what if they share the same bed (or claim to), the spouse isn't the one who'll be running the country.  I started getting tired of all this when Bill Clinton was in office...it seemed like Hillary got more press than Bill did....at least until the whole Monica thing happened...then they got equal amounts of press for a little while.  That's why I didn't want Hillary to be elected this time....in my opinion, she already served her 2 terms (seemed that way, anyway), she doesn't need a third.  Leave the job to the person being hired for the job...my wife doesn't go to work for me, so why should the presidency be any different?
This is indeed a historic event, having Obama formally nominated as a nominee.  It would have been historic if it had been Clinton who was nominated.  What a great day for American politics!  Now if only we had someone really worth voting for.... THAT would be TRULY historic!
Hi Brian
I thought Hillary couldn't do better after last night and tonight she took it to a higher level. I read a report that called Connie Rice the most powerful woman sad it say it isn't true. Connie just delivers messages for Cheney and holds a title. Hillary is right now the most powerful woman in America, and she earned it.

Now to brother Bill. I love Bill Clinton because he's real and not perfect nor does he claim to be like so many others.  I noticed the Media and Political people say Bill is not liked must by America. Well all I can say is with the cheers he got tonight " how you like me now". Jealousy does strange things to people as we see how many are with the Clintons.

I hope Cindy McCain is ok on her business trip to Georgia's War Zone. Now John McCain will pick his VP and then we're off to the races.

I have enjoyed this campaign and along the way I've have gotten to know some great Americans and now friends name Lisa, Laurel, Stephanie, Claudia, Celine, Anna and Matt.  Funny how getting involved in our political system can makes you see the points of view from fellow Americans from so many States. I love the respect and caring that's shown and it has shown me that we are more together then apart. I talk so much about my news friends to my family. Hillary got what her campaign fought for and as for me I got to know my  friends on this blog.

Best to my friends Lisa, Laurel, Stephanie, Claudia, Celine, Anna and Matt
I am from Mobile, Alabama. I noticed that you do not mention us, or the people in Mississippi. New Orleans is not the only city by the Gulf of Mexico. Hurricanes hit us just as hard as Florida. I know that Denver is the "big" story. However, please do not forget us. By the way, I'm an Independent voter. I would vote for Ralph Nadar but will vote for O BAMA on the Democratic ticket. No problems with your coverage. Tell Conan "Jub-jub" Who ever reads this have a good day!
How phony is that, that the Democratic party praises itself, that Joe Biden's son will be deployed to Iraq - as a rank of a Captain. Do you think seriously that the Army command will put Beau Biden into combat situations? That is too risky for a son of a possible future Vice President.

It's the same story as George W. Bush. Bush was also in the military and stayed in safe place because his father was a high political official. For further reference to that story ask Dan Rather.

The Democratic party get more phony by the hour.
Tonight I was very disappointed and saddened by one portion of Mr. Williams interview with Michelle Obama. Specifically, I am referring to the very end of his interview when he asked her, what I consider to be a vailed, racist, highly inappropriate question --  Mr. Williams asked Mrs. Obama, in essence, how did she feel about getting ready to move into a new house...then stated: when President Adams moved into the White House the slaves had just finished plastering the wall above the fireplace!!! Excuse me!  What in the world did that question have to do with ANYTHING RELEVANT???  What objective did it specifically serve in his interview? Here's an anchor who has traveled the world and interviewed untold thousands of individuals and this is the best question he could come up with to ask a future First Lady?  Was the question specifically asked because she is a BLACK woman?  Would that same question have been appropriate to have asked Mrs. John Kennedy, Mrs. Nixon, both Bush wives or Hillary Clinton when they were anticipating their husbands winning the election for president and moving into the White House?
I have always been an ardent fan of Brian Willims, but tonight he lost my confidence with that one, ever so small VAILED question.  In fact, this question has opened up an entire new world into, perhaps, Mr. Williams' hidden racism.
I do, however, applaud Mrs. Obama on how she remained firm, focused and on her toes by graciously sweeping his inappropriate, racist question to the side like the gracious lady she is...Hm, I guess we should get braced and expect much more of the same line of questioning, especially, should the first Black family move into such and old "White" House...

My hope is that Mr. Williams will become more culturally aware of how to ask appropriate, relevant questions.  Or even better, perhaps he and the NBC family should invest just a tad bit of money on Diversity/Cultural Competency Training, recognizing stereotypes and hidden biases -- I think it would go a long way toward anchors being culturally sensitive toward all.

Thx!

LW
It sure won't help Obama's campaign when more and more Democrats say they are friends with McCain. I. e. John Kerry and Joe Biden at the convention both mentioned they are friends with McCain. From an outside point of view it suggest that both would be more associated with McCain than with Obama. Because being a friend is deeper than disagreeing on issues in Washington. It shows that Obama still needs more power to make the case in his own party to be the Presidential candidate and his efforts were not enough during the convention and before to be seen a the supreme candidate of the Democratic Party.
Brian, the NBC interview with Michelle Obama was charming, and your part of the MSNBC coverage of tonight's Prime Time speeches was insightful, as always.

However, nothing you've ever done could have endeared you as much to members of my family as your 11:20 p.m. EST reporting on the "mishegas" surrounding the Clintons yesterday, just in time for my Buffalonian mom to report your doing so at her monthly Yiddish club meeting tomorrow.  What a mensch you are!
Brian,

Watching yourself and Tom Brokaw has been a pleasure.
Your professionalism and integrity can not be over-stated. Particularly in the presence of such side-show performers like Olbermann, and Matthews. I feel for you both, every time you are pressed to answer one of their inane questions.

Hi Mr. Williams,

I'm from the Bahamas and I watch your broadcast religiously. Before you got the anchor chair I knew you were most suited for it, during times when you substituted for the semi-retired guy. Please look for Adrian Woods when you visit The Cove/ Atlantis, Bahamas.
I've watched your interview with Michelle Obama -- great historical note in one of your questions to her regarding President Adams moving into the White House, in which she might reside soon, whilst slaves were putting the finishings onto that great American symbol. Retrospective and amazing. Continue to ask great questions, I realize these don't require great answers. Fine job Mr. Williams!
Brian, my family watchs NBC because of your fair reporting and the excellent reporters (we miss Tim).  However, please get rid of Andrea Mitchell as she is obviously bias against Obama, and a poor reported at best.  Please stay positive and neutral in your reporting, and don't lower yourself to spending too much time on media statements and statements of the day.
Keep up the good work and get rid of Ms. Mitchell--thanks.
In my humble opinion, Brian Williams and Tom Brokaw should not be covering the Democratic Convention if they are going to be so biased. Thank you
Dear Brian,
Wonderful convention coverage - I am loving every minute of it!  I don't know how you are doing it -- you must be just EXHAUSTED. You have basically been living on the road since reporting from Afgahanistan in June.  You are a true professional.  I enjoyed your interview with Michelle Obama last night --  she is an articulate, compassionate, and empathetic person.  Malia and Sasha are just too cute -- it was so touching how little Malia worried about her dad.  I have been enjoying Luke Russert's reporting on how younger voters will affect this election.  I agree -- his dad is surely beaming with pride.  Keep up the good work ... and don't forget to get some rest.

P.S. Also enjoyed the story of your family's adventure in Syracuse - way to go Mrs. Williams and son!
Brian,

I am a documented immigrant from Africa. My comment is that, the world is watching the USA. This country has and will always remain a model of the world. ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA I repeat again ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IS THIS POSSIBLE.
USA has given and will continue to give everyone an opportunity to do their best and be their best and make the next generation have the best. NO WHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD IS THIS POSSIBLE BUT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
This land has been blessed and may the blessings continue to reign as we work to gain the integrity of a nation who seeks freedom for all humanity even at its expense.

GOD BLESS AMERICA. I am proud to see history been made.

JEROME
Hi Brian

I take issue withe you that Barack Obama is a black man. By U.S. law, to be considered of any ethnic background, a person must be of at least 1/8 (12.5%)of a certain ethnicity. Barack does not meet that standard! His mother was caucasian (50%), his dad was Arab (43.75%) and his dad had a great grandmother that was black (6.25%). Barack is 7x more Arab than he is black. Please stop saying he would be the 1st black President. Per the standards he does not even qualify as black! At least say he would be the 1st Arab American to be President, that woul be much more accurate! I look forward to hearing the corrected version hopefully tonight, 8-28, on national TV. Thanks.
LISTEN TO YOURSELVES
Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann, Brian Williams and even the weather woman on Morning Joe!

You're actually HOPING for a LIFE THREATENING storm to hit the Gulf Coast........
so that you can USE it to bash Republicans during their convention!!!!

LISTEN TO YOURSELVES
You've revealed that as much as you PROFESS to care about Americans.....
all you really care about is YOURSELVES!

Listening to you, we can deduce that you also only PROFESS to care about our soldiers,...
all the while USING them (as you would USE a deadly storm) for your own purposes.

JADED is a EUPHEMISM you use for your heartless, vile maneuvering...
hiding behind JOURNALISM while making a mockery of the profession.

FACE IT!
You're no better than anyone else who wishes death on another human being...
as that's just what you're doing...
wishing death on storm victims...
so that you can gloat with glee...
at how you'll use the footage....

HOW LOW CAN YOU GO?????????

Interesting comments from this topic of your interview with Michelle Obama. Brian please remember US history is hard for some to deal with. Most would rather change it or forget the truth. Being African American is an honor and the history of this my country isn't one that has been kind but it has grown to be one of the best. The topic of slavery is hard but it shouldn't be if people understood where slavery started. We have made mistakes but all countries do as they grow. Change is hard for some and others don't like it. I remember when the Civil Rights bill was passed. It was a change some just weren't ready for but it happen anyway. I was raised without regarding a person by the color of their skin and for that I am grateful. I have taught my kids the same so as I am proud to see Obama running for President I just don't look at color. Brian just do me a favor and forgive those who don't know and pray they learn about this our great nation.

see you on TV
Dear Brian,

I was very disappointed and saddened of Michelle Obama. Comparing Michelle Obama with Mrs. John F. Kennedy, the way that Mrs. Obama was dress she look like a teenager. If she's going to become our first lady she should dress her best at all times. Look at First Lady Mrs. Bush she's always well dress also, Mrs Hillary Clinton. Mrs. Michelle Obama remember that from now on you will be in the spot light 24/7, 365 day a year.
Mr. William, thank you for doing a great job at NBC.

Why is the Secret Service assisting NBC news in getting back to its workspace?  Sounds like a total waste of taxpayer money to me.
Why don't any of you comment that there are columns at the lincoln memorial, the la coliseum, solider stadium, monticello and all over washington dc. Are they elitist or are you all trying to be spun by the republicans. Most of the commentary is transparently slanted.
Brian, I sense a disorganization of some sorts on MSNBC/NBC covering DNC. Last night was the tip of it when you guys kept talking and talking (listening to each other!) and did not broadcast J. Kerry speech and previous speeches where they attack in a very strong and effective way McCain, doing exactly what Pat (also likes a lot to hear himself)keeps criticizing Obama campaign. I think you guys are getting over yourselves and loosing the main focus: report news, not your opinions. And it's sad because I watch NBC and MSNBC and all you guys shows and now I'm being let down. Good thing CSPAN exists!!
To Mr. Schultz in Germeny,

Sen. Biden's son is a Capt.  Good for him!  There are many young men and women serving in the military for the United States who are officers.  It would be wrong for you to assume that just because you have a rank of Capt. that you are going to not be in harms way.  I believe this would also apply to Sen. Biden's son.  My son-in-law was deployed to Iraq almost a year ago with the rank of Capt.  Although he was in a relativley safe area he has faced the possibility of being wounded or even killed.  In war no one is totally safe.  My son-in-law has now acheived the rank of Major, he is still in Iraq and we pray for his safe return every day.  I may not agree with the war, but our military personnel are all heros who are doing their duty for the great United States of America.  Sen. Biden's son will be one of them.
Please! STOP trying to make news by over-analyzing, stirring the pot, etc. and just report the events as they happen.
How devoted to her, and the Democratic Party, can those Hillary Clinton supporters be who are now going to vote for John McCain because Clinton lost the nomination? Not very.
Imagine! An attractive woman gets less that 115,000 votes for office, but most voters choose someone else, but she wins a governorship of one of our least populated states. Nice job for a mom and pop store owner but hardly an accomplishment that qualifies you to be president. What was McCain thinking? Is he that desperate to win that he'll sacrifice the rest of us? There were many qualified Republican women available.
As an observer from a different country other than the US here is what I know:
- i now know more about Sarah Palin from the last week than I know about Obama over the past year!
- I know Obama can draw HUGE crowds of supporters to rallies (even in Germany)where another person drew HUGE crowds years ago using the EXACT same words "hope" and "change".
- I know that 88% of black people are voting for Obama because he is black, if it was C. Powell I would say "good move"
- I know that Obama will be President because you are now too weak to see the truth. Good luck America, you are all in our prayers...God bless

Just a note to say that your appearance last night on the Daily Show was one of the funniest things I've seen in years. Fantastic!
